Tax Installment Due Dates

There are 4 tax installment dates

Installments 1, 2, and 4 are due on the 1st Monday of March, May and October.  The 3rd installment is due on the 2nd Monday of August.  

These installment dates apply to non capped classes, for example residential, cottages and farm properties.  

For final installment dates for the capped classes which include commercial, industrial and multi-residential properties please contact the Finance Department after July 1st at 705-292-9507 or by email Lane Vance or Michelle Thornton.

2012 Tax Due Dates

Non-capped Class (Residential Properties):

• March 5, 2012
• May 7, 2012
• August 13, 2012
• October 1, 2012

Capped Class (Non-Residential Properties):

• March 2, 2012
• May 4, 2012
