Council Minutes
The Council meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month in the Township Council Chambers located at 1310 Centre Line, Smith Ward.
Meetings held on the second Tuesday of the month typically begin at 5:00 p.m. and meeting held on the forth Tuesday of the month typically begin at 7:00 p.m.
Meetings are open to the public. Anyone wishing to make a presentation to Council may do so by providing the Clerk with a request in writing not less than 6 days prior to the Council meeting. The written notice must contain a clear statement of what issue or matters are to be dealt with at Council and signed by the author.
