Special Council meeting to present the Draft 2012 Budget.
March 13, 2012
Regular meeting of Council - 5:00 pm - Public Meeting - Presentation of Proposed 2012 Budget.
March 27, 2012
Regular meeting of Council- 7:00 pm - Adopt the 2012 Municipal Budget.
The Council for the Township of Smith-Ennismore-Lakefield typically meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.
Meetings held on the second Tuesday of the month typically begin at 5:00 p.m. and meeting held on the forth Tuesday of the month typically begin at 7:00 p.m.
Meetings are held in the Township's Council Chambers at 1310 Centre Line Smith Ward, and everyone is welcome to attend.
Anyone wishing to make a presentation to Council may do so by providing the Clerk with a request in writing not less than 6 days prior to the Council meeting.
The written notice must contain a clear statement of what issue or matters are to be dealt with at Council and signed by the author.
